Spring Meadows Monthly HOA Monthly Board Meeting August 21, 2023.
The regular meeting of the Spring Meadows Homeowners Association, Inc, Board of Directors was called to order by Amanda Caddick at 6:34 PM.
Present were Board Members Mandy Caddick, Janice Zerbe, Jonathan Shadden
Also present were treasurer Cindy Brooks, Amber Zittlow and Holly Neal
REPORTS:
The minutes of the July 20th Annual Meeting was presented in writing, and APPROVED as presented.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
- Airbnbs: received email from a homeowner regarding an airbnb in the neighborhood. This is against board policy and a complaint will be made with Planning and Zoning.
- Map of Neighborhood
- Invoices
New Business:
- HOA’s General Liability coverage
- Front Entrance Way
- In the Spring get quotes on landscaping for the entryway.
- Inquiry about a pathway to the pond.
- Need to have Cindy Brooks removed from the HOA bank account at First Community Bank. Need to add treasurer Amber Zittlow, also add board member Jonathan Shadden.
