Spring Meadows Monthly HOA Monthly Board Meeting September 26, 2023.
The regular meeting of the Spring Meadows Homeowners Association, Inc, Board of Directors was called to order by Amanda Caddick at 6:34 PM.
Present were Board Members Mandy Caddick, Janice Zerbe, Jonathan Shadden.
Also present were board secretary Holly Neal.
REPORTS:
The minutes of the August meeting were presented in writing, and APPROVED with a correction as presented.
Agenda
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
- Correction to the August minutes that incorrectly stated who will be added to the bank account. It should read as follows:
- Cindy Brooks removed from the HOA bank account at First Community Bank. Need to add treasurer Amber Zittlow.
- HOA Liability Coverage: Mandy is going to call to get this taken care of.
- Front entrance way: Flag poles removed. Should be receiving invoices
- Discussion on removing plants and adding concrete
- Map of Subdivision: Someone will have to go in person to get this from the county
New Business:
- Invoices:
- Received invoices from Mike’s Mowing and Noctua Ideas (Website), can not pay these until bank account changes are made.
